Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. I’m Natalie, a 25-year-old journalist/writer currently living in London. And this is my blog.

This is a space where I can share my thoughts, ideas, funny ramblings or tales. Stories about life.

I’ve been blogging on and off since December 2011, and write whenever I can and about anything that interests me.

I’m a big fan of ‘funny writing’ and totally in awe of clever, witty women like Caitlin Moran, Daisy Buchanan, Lauren Laverne, Sam Baker, Bridget Christie, Victoria Coren… the list goes on. These are women who say it like it is and aren’t afraid of getting bitten by the backlash.

I am a feminist! You can read all about that here, here, and here.

My favourite thing in the whole world is writing. It’s been that way for as long as I can remember. So thank you for stumbling across my blog and I really hope you enjoy exploring it. :)

    Hi Natalie :)

Great blog – I found it via your Twitter account (although I myself do not have Twitter…or Facebook…or anything for that matter really. Anyway, I digress). To explain, I was bored one day so decided to Google as many people as I could think of from my school years, et voila – I ended up finding your blog as a result. I’ve read several of your posts now and they are always interesting, thought-provoking or simply just amusing to read!
And so, to save me from turning this into an essay (I’m bad like that – I routinely send texts of epic proportions to people), i’ll simply say goodbye and keep on writing!

Oh, and congratulations on getting your degree of course :)

    Best wishes, Tom Stephens X
p.s Assuming my e-mail address is revealed to you by posting this message, don’t ask – it’s a family nickname….

Hey Tom! I’m hoping you find this reply okay as I can’t seem to find your email address on here!

Thanks so much for your lovely message, it always makes my day when someone says they’ve read what I’ve written (especially as most of the time it’s just a case of me rambling on in a few hundred words).

I’m no longer at Costa so I probably won’t see you in there anymore, but I’m sure we’ll bump into each other again soon :) x

Hey Natalie. I’m surprised it didn’t reveal my e-mail address – it insisted I enter one, well anyhow I’ll give you my Gmail address as I don’t mind posting it publicly – I’m too security conscious to post my ‘normal’ e-mail address on the internet. It’s tom.stephens2015@gmail.com

And you’re welcome :) It’s nice to know I managed to make someones day.

And yes, I noticed you had left Costa – good luck in whatever it is that you’re doing instead now! X
